Is the wife entitled to claim half of the marital home, the cost of which exceeds 800,000 EGP, in exchange for her voluntary expenditure of 50,000 EGP, and is she entitled to reclaim the amount she spent?

If the wife spends on the house with the intention of recourse, then she has the right to reclaim what she spent after taking an oath. However, if she spends as a gesture of generosity and kindness, without the intention of recourse, it is considered a gift from which she cannot retract. The wife does not have the right to own a part of the house because of her spending on it.
