Is a woman entitled to claim her share of the properties her husband bought in his name, after she contributed to the family's expenses and raising the children, in the event that she requests a divorce?

You have no right to your husband's houses that he rightfully owns, unless he willingly donates a part of them to you. Your spending on the children does not grant you a right to your husband's property. However, if you spent on yourself or your husband with the intention of claiming reimbursement for the expenditure, you have the right to reclaim what you spent, in a reasonable manner, after taking an oath. As for spending on the children, you have no right to reclaim it unless the father is affluent, or the children have wealth from which it was not possible to spend. Furthermore, a woman is prohibited from seeking divorce without a legitimate religious reason, and efforts should be made towards reconciliation and prioritizing living together in kindness.
