What have scholars other than Al-Dhahabi said about authenticating Ahmad ibn Abd al-Hamid al-Harithi?

Reliance is placed on Imam al-Dhahabi in al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil, for he was skilled in the science of hadith and narrators, and he authenticated, critiqued, and made corrections to major scholars. Al-Subki described him as the Shaykh of al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil, and al-Suyuti said that the hadith scholars of his era were dependent on him concerning narrators. Ibn Hajar wished he could reach his level in memorization and acumen.
