Do the people of Hadith on this website agree with Shaykh Al-Albani and Shaykh Ahmad Shakir's authentication of the narrator Abdullah ibn Lahi'ah, and why, along with a request for a biography of Shaykh Ahmad Muhammad Shakir or guidance to a website where I can find one?

The Imams of al-Jarh wal-Ta'deel (discrediting and accrediting narrators) differed concerning Abdullah ibn Lahia, the judge and hadith scholar of Egypt, with some praising him and others being strict with him. However, his uprightness was never impugned. Al-Thawri, Imam Ahmad, Ibn Wahb, and Ya'qub ibn Sufyan praised him, while Ibn Mahdi and Yahya al-Qattan were strict with him. The most balanced opinion is that if the 'Abadilah (Ibn al-Mubarak, Ibn Wahb, and al-Muqri) narrated from him, his narration is sound, because their hearing from him was early, before his books were burned. This is the view that Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar inclined to. Scholars differ in the science of al-Jarh wal-Ta'deel, just as they differ in all other jurisprudential branches.
