Is the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah despises every arrogant, boastful person" authentic, and did Shaykh Al-Albani retract his authentication of it, and are there other chains of narration that would authenticate it?

The Hadith of Abu Hurairah was deemed "authentic in its chain of narration" by Ahmad Shakir, Shu'ayb al-Arna'ut, Husayn Asad, and al-Albani. However, al-Albani later retracted his authentication due to a discontinuity in the chain between Sa'id and Abu Hurairah. Nevertheless, the Hadith has been narrated with other wordings and through other chains of transmission from a number of Companions other than Abu Hurairah, and al-Albani authenticated several of these. Therefore, the Hadith is valid for practice and as an evidence.
