The questioner is advised to permit his father to reside in his apartment if the father is in need of it, as this would be more comfortable for him, and the questioner does not currently need it. The wife has no right to object. If the apartment belongs to the father, he cannot be prevented from his property. If it belongs to the questioner, he has the right to dispose of it, and he must provide housing for his wife elsewhere. The wife must be reminded of the father's right and the importance of honoring him, as it is among the most obligatory duties and greatest acts of devotion.
