Do internal secretions resulting from vaginal suppositories necessitate ablution (Wudu)?

Everything that exits from the two private parts (i.e., front and back) nullifies ablution, and vaginal discharge is also included. Please refer to Fatwa No. 37312 to know whether it is impure or not.
