Does touching the vulva from the outside or around it, or feeling internal secretions without their exiting, nullify ablution or necessitate ghusl?

A woman's ablution (wudu') is not invalidated by touching the outer part of her private organ or the area around it. It is only invalidated by touching its inner part. The mere sensation of discharge does not invalidate wudu' unless it exits to the outer part of the private organ. The outer part of the private organ refers to what becomes visible when one squats to relieve oneself. Scholars have differed regarding the purity of these discharges: some consider them impure absolutely, while others differentiate between what comes from the uterus (which is pure) and what comes from the urinary opening (which is impure). It is stipulated that these discharges must not be categorized as سلس (incontinence).
