What is the ruling on liquids fluctuating between the clitoris and the vulva, and the white deposits found on the sides of the vulva, regarding their purity (ṭahārah) and impurity (najāsah)? And is it obligatory to clean the area and change clothes from them for every prayer?

Ablution is nullified by the emission of anything from the private parts to what is considered external. What comes out from the exterior does not nullify ablution because it did not exit from the private parts.

So, if these secretions emerge from the clitoris itself, they do not nullify ablution, nor are they impure; because the default state of things is purity. Perhaps these mentioned white secretions are among the vaginal discharges. The preponderant opinion is that vaginal discharges are pure, and it is not necessary to wash what they touch of the body and clothing, but they do nullify ablution.
