Does the fast of one who intentionally looks at forbidden things without ejaculating become invalid, despite not intending to violate the sanctity of the month?

Looking at what Allah has forbidden is a forbidden act, and its danger escalates in Ramadan due to the sanctity of the month and the eminence of fasting. This is because looking at forbidden things contradicts the wisdom and objectives of fasting, among which is the fear of Allah, as stated in His Almighty saying: "O you who have believed, prescribed for you is fasting as it was prescribed for those before you that you may become righteous." Fasting is a shield and a protection from sins and a preservation of the limbs, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fasting is a shield, so when one of you is fasting, he should not indulge in obscene talk nor act ignorantly." The ears, eyes, and tongue should also fast from lying and forbidden things, and one should not make the day of fasting and the day of breaking the fast the same.
