How can a husband and son help a wife addicted to drugs repent, and should she be divorced or should they be patient with her?

A married woman's conversation with a foreign man is a great evil, a dereliction of her duty to Allah and her husband, and an act of defiance on her part. The husband must employ means to cure the defiant wife. If the foreign man is a friend of yours, he is a bad friend, and he must sincerely repent and sever his relationship with her. You must prevent your wife from this evil. If she repents and becomes righteous, then keep her; but if she persists, then divorce is required, because keeping her while she is derelict in her duties to Allah or lacking in chastity is a form of cuckoldry.
