Is it permissible to recite the verses of Ruqyah over water and then sprinkle the house and garden with it, and what is the correct method for doing so?

There is no harm in reciting ruqyah verses over water to sprinkle around the house and garden, especially verses for nullifying magic, such as Allah Almighty's saying: {Moses said, "What you have brought is magic. Indeed, Allah will invalidate it. Indeed, Allah does not amend the work of corrupters"} (Surah Yunus, 10:81). Then, the water is sprinkled, and the magic is nullified, by Allah's permission. Sheikh Ibn Baz mentioned the permissibility of treating by reciting over water and pouring it over the sick person, provided the recitation is sound.
