Is it permissible to pour water over which Ruqyah has been recited into a hand basin inside the bathroom if there is (evidence of) sorcery in the basin?

Water over which [Quranic verses] have been recited should be protected from impure places and not poured into them. However, if there is a necessity for it, then there is no harm, as some scholars have issued fatwas permitting bathing with it in the restroom, and permitting entering the حمام (bathhouse) after anointing oneself with oil over which [Quranic verses] have been recited.
