Is it permissible to wash off oil, over which a Ruqyah (Islamic incantation) has been recited, from the body inside the bathroom of a rented apartment where no other place is available for that purpose?

There is no harm in bathing with water over which Shar'iyyah has been recited, in bathrooms and bathing areas. This is because the recitation of the Quran over water is a spiritual matter. The Permanent Committee, Ibn Baz, and Al-Fawzan have issued fatwas permitting this. Some scholars mentioned the dislike of bathing with it in drainage areas, out of reverence for the water over which the Quran has been recited, but this dislike is removed in cases of necessity and hardship.
