Is it necessary to dispose of ruqyah-recited water and oil, and unrecited Zamzam water outside the bathroom, and what about clothes or places upon which some of it falls?

It is permissible for a Muslim to perform ruqyah on themselves and treat themselves with the Qur'an, by reciting verses and blowing upon olive oil, Zamzam water, or other liquids. They can then rub their skin with it or bathe in it, while being careful to preserve the water upon which the Qur'an has been recited from being poured into impure places or places that are trodden upon, because the water of the Qur'an has a sanctity that must be protected. As for Zamzam water, it is disliked to use it for removing impurity or to pour it into an impure place, because it is blessed and revered water. However, there is no sanctity for water that is absorbed by the skin or that falls onto clothes or the ground.
