Is it permissible to put water used for Ruqyah on one's private parts and pour it down the drain in the bathroom?

There is no objection to bathing with Ruqyah water, even if it touches the private parts, and the predecessors did this. However, it is better to drink it rather than bathe with it, because the bathwater often goes into drains and sewers, and scholars disliked this out of reverence for the water containing Quranic verses.
