Is it forbidden to publish religious or documentary videos that include images of unveiled women, and is the publisher sinful, knowing that the purpose is to inform people about the reality of traitors conspiring against Muslims, and what is the evidence for that?

It is forbidden to publish videos that contain images of unveiled women, whether they are religious or otherwise. This prohibition is based on two matters:

1. The prohibition of looking at images of unveiled women: Due to the words of Allah Almighty: "Say to the believing men that they cast down their glances and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is acquainted with what they do." (An-Nur: 30), and the hadith "The adultery of the eyes is looking." 2. The prohibition of aiding in what is forbidden: Due to the words of Allah Almighty: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." (Al-Ma'idah: 2). Whoever calls to misguidance or establishes a bad precedent bears the sin of those who follow him.

The fact that the purpose of publishing is good (such as informing people about the reality of traitors) does not justify committing forbidden means, for good ends do not sanction forbidden means.
