Who is more entitled to compensation for the plot of land: the son of the woman who relinquished it to her sister's son, or the sister's son to whom his aunt relinquished it, after he recovered it through financial compensation following his aunt's death?

It appears that the sister's son of the donor is entitled to compensation for the land, given her official relinquishment and his taking possession of the land, which indicates a genuine gift to him. However, if the gift was merely nominal to avoid government confiscation, then the land or its price reverts to the woman's heirs, and her sister's son retains the right to compensation for his efforts. Furthermore, whoever usurps the property of another must fear Allah and restore rights to their rightful owners, for the injustice of even a span of land will encircle its owner from the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection.
