Is it permissible to sell televisions, video players, PlayStations, and their discs, while ignorant of the purpose for which they will be used?

It is impermissible to sell devices such as televisions, video players, and PlayStations except to those who are predominantly expected to use them for permissible purposes, due to the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). Trading in them or repairing them is forbidden if it is predominantly expected that they will be used for impermissible purposes, because these devices are often used in forbidden matters. It is more befitting for a Muslim to strive for lawful earnings and to avoid dubious matters.
