What is the ruling on yellow discharge (ṣufrah) and brownish discharge (kudrah) for a woman who cannot determine the days of her menstrual period or the most probable among them?

Yellowish and brownish discharges are a matter of scholarly disagreement. Some scholars do not consider them menstruation, while others do, if they occur within the possible duration of a menstrual period. This is the view of the majority. If a scrupulous woman were to adopt the view of the majority and consider yellowish and brownish discharges as menstruation, provided their duration, along with the blood, does not exceed fifteen days, this would be permissible.
