Does a third divorce count if it was pronounced in a state of intense anger, and the wife was in a state of purity after intercourse? What should be done in this case?

Praise be to Allah.\nThe legitimate divorce is a man divorcing his wife during a period of purity in which he has not had intercourse with her. As for divorce during menstruation, postpartum bleeding, or in a period of purity after intercourse, it is considered an innovated divorce. Scholars have differed regarding its occurrence; the majority say it occurs, while some say it does not occur because it is forbidden, citing Allah's saying: (O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their waiting period).
