Is my oath not to use the phone before reading the Quran and praying a repeated oath that cannot be broken, and do I have to offer expiation every time I break it?

The oath: "I swear by God that I will not use the phone before I remember God and recite the Quran, and pray some missed prayers," is dissolved as soon as it is broken, unless you intended repetition, because its wording does not necessitate it, nor does custom indicate it. The expiation is repeated with the repetition of breaking the oath if the wording of the oath necessitates repetition, or the intention of the swearer, or custom.
