A technical glitch in the company does not permit its exploitation, as the basic principle is that a Muslim's wealth is not lawful except with his willing consent. Therefore, the company must be informed of the error, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."
