She is not obligated to inform the suitor about the loss of her virginity unless he stipulates it, and its loss does not affect the validity of the marriage. The general rule is that hymen reconstruction surgery is not permissible, unless a chaste woman whose hymen was lost due to a permissible cause fears harm to herself; in such a case, it is permissible out of necessity or need.
