Is it permissible to take from the meat of the 'aqiqah slaughtered for a girl and use it to prepare meals for the days of Ramadan that the husband does not fast due to health reasons?

A sick person whose recovery is not expected is permitted to break their fast and feed a poor person for each day. As for a person whose recovery is hoped for, they should make up the fast whenever they recover. It is permissible to take from the meat of the Aqiqah and use it for the expiation (fidyah) of fasting, because the Aqiqah is owned by its owner, and they are allowed to dispose of its meat by selling it or giving it as food.
