Is it permissible to distribute all the meat of the Aqiqah to the poor without holding any meal or ceremony?

The Aqeeqah is a sacrifice offered to Allah as an act of gratitude for the blessing of a newborn. After the slaughter, it is permissible to cook it and gather relatives for it, or to distribute it cooked, or to distribute it raw, or to distribute a portion cooked and another portion raw. The prescribed Aqeeqah is two sheep for a male and one sheep for a female on the seventh day. The owner has the choice to distribute it as meat or to cook it and invite relatives and the poor to partake of it.
