What should I do, as I swore to give a certain amount of money in charity if I committed a specific sin and then committed it, then I swore to fast a day if I committed it and then committed it, and I cannot count the number of times I committed this sin?

It is obligatory to repent from all sins. One must give in charity what was sworn to be given, or pay an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin). One must also fast the day that was sworn to be fasted, or pay another expiation for an oath. Thus, two expiations are due, unless the intention was to repeat the charity or fasting with the repetition of the sin. In that case, one must investigate and act upon the prevailing assumption regarding what is due in terms of fasting, charity, or expiation. The expiation for an oath is feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave, or fasting three consecutive days if one cannot afford the former options.
