What are the implications for the repentance of a married woman who committed adultery, conceived a child, and attributed it to her husband, and is she required to inform her husband of this for her repentance to be complete?

Adultery is a grave sin, and the punishment for a married woman who commits adultery is stoning.

However, Allah accepts the repentance of His servant. Allah Almighty says: {Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good ones} (Al-Furqan: 70).

One must continue to repent and supplicate to Allah. Among the signs of accepted repentance is that Allah conceals His servant.

There is no need to inform the husband or anyone else about what happened.

The child is attributed to the husband, and his lineage from him is not negated except through li'an (mutual imprecation), based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "The child is for the bed, and for the fornicator is the stone."
