Is it permissible for a female employee, contracted by a company as a project manager and owning a private center, to contract with her own private center to execute project tasks and make a profit from it, or is this considered part of her job with the company?

It is not permissible for the director, acting as an agent for the company owner, to contract with her own private center, except with the permission of her principal (the company owner), or his representative. This is because an agent is not permitted to engage in transactions such as selling, buying, or leasing with themselves, except with the permission of their principal. It is stated in Al-Iqna': "It is not valid for an agent to sell to themselves, nor to buy from themselves, on behalf of their principal, except with his permission."

Similarly, it is not permissible to seek assistance from partners to carry out the work, except after obtaining permission from the company owner.
