How can one combine performing prayers (especially Asr and Maghrib) at their specified times with attending an important exam that lasts from two o'clock until six o'clock, given the unavailability of a prayer area in the exam hall located in a foreign embassy?

If 10 minutes are available for prayer, that is sufficient. Prayer does not require a designated place; rather, it can be performed anywhere clean, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The entire earth has been made a mosque for me, and its dust a means of purification. So, if the time for prayer comes upon any man of my Ummah, let him pray."

If there is difficulty in performing the prayer due to an exam or lack of time, it is permissible to combine two prayers: Dhuhr with Asr by performing them early (jama' taqdim), and Maghrib with Isha by performing them late (jama' ta'khir). It is not permissible to combine prayers that cannot be combined, such as Asr and Maghrib. If a woman fears that the prayer time will expire, she must pray it in any circumstance.
