Is it permissible to combine prayers (Dhuhr with Asr and Maghrib with Isha, by delaying them) when one is unable to perform them at their prescribed times due to being in a non-Muslim country, or must all missed prayers be made up upon returning home?

Prayer holds a great status in Islam, being the second pillar after the Two Testimonies, and it must be performed at its appointed time. It is disliked to go out to the market without need, but if necessity calls and the time for prayer arrives, then it must be performed at its time in any pure place, and the mosque is not a condition. A Muslim should not be ashamed to perform prayer because of people. If it is difficult to find a place for prayer or if performing prayer in the street would result in harm, and it is possible to reach a suitable place before the prayer time expires, then it is permissible to combine the two prayers by delaying them (Dhuhr with Asr, and Maghrib with Isha). If there is a fear of the time expiring and no suitable place is found, then the prayer should be performed in the car according to one's ability.
