Does a daughter's hatred for her parents due to their injustice and bias towards her sister, and her estrangement from them for two months after they beat her, constitute disobedience that warrants punishment from God?

Disobeying parents is one of the greatest sins, second only to associating partners with Allah. Some scholars have defined it as a child harming one of their parents in a way that would be forbidden if done to anyone else, such as abandonment and severing ties. Abandoning parents is the most severe form of breaking kinship ties, for which Allah has threatened the doer with a curse and exclusion from Paradise. It is not permissible to abandon parents under any pretext, and one must repent from this by promptly reconnecting with them. Parents, for their part, must treat their children well and be just among them, but their shortcomings do not justify disobedience.
