Is the aforementioned meaning of socialism, which stipulates the establishment of a prosperous economic and social system free from exploitation, the achievement of social justice and equal opportunities, the nation's ownership of its natural resources, and the liberation of its economy from dependency, the same meaning referred to in the fatwa, or is it possible that it has another meaning that is not related to disbelief, and what is the ruling on merely belonging to a party that holds this idea without believing in it?

Islam, as an economic system, is the methodology of truth that combines the advantages of various intellectual schools of thought. It is distinguished by its perfect balance between private and public benefits, the requirements of the soul and the body, and the reform of both religious and worldly affairs. It is not permissible to join the Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party, as it involves an affirmation of falsehood and assistance in it. Its economic principles may contradict Sharia (definition) rulings, and it has other non-economic principles that must be noted. Whoever willingly increases the numbers of a people in sin will be subject to punishment with them, and "they will be resurrected according to their intentions" indicates that Allah Almighty will resurrect each of them on the Day of Judgment according to their intention.
