How is an inheritance divided among two sons, a full brother, a maternal half-brother, and a paternal half-sister?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the entire inheritance belongs to the two sons by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), equally divided between them. There is nothing for any of the brothers and sisters, because they are completely excluded by the male inheriting lineal descendant (the son). Thus, the inheritance is divided into two shares, with each son receiving one share. We would like to point out that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is not sufficient. Rather, it must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
