What is the ruling on killing armed infiltrators who seek to blow up oil wells or raid barracks, and what is the fate of whoever kills them or is killed among them?

If someone aggresses against people's wealth, harms them, and assaults innocent individuals, their ruling is that of an aggressor (ṣāʾil). Repelling them is legitimate, starting with the easiest means and progressing. It is not permissible to kill them if they can be repelled by lesser means. However, if they cannot be repelled except by killing, then killing them is permissible after warning them. Whoever is killed while defending themselves, their wealth, or their honor is a martyr. It is obligatory to repel the aggressor from oneself, one's wealth, and one's honor by all possible means, even if it leads to their death, should they not be repelled otherwise.
