If the wife stipulated residency in her country before marriage, then she is entitled to her condition. Otherwise, she must obey her husband in moving with him wherever he wishes. If she requests a divorce without a valid reason, she is sinful, and the husband has the right to refuse divorcing her until she waives some of her rights. The wife does not have the right to prevent her husband from seeing his daughter, and in case of dispute, recourse should be made to the Sharia court.
