Is it permissible for one who is in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) or a menstruating woman to wash the deceased?

There is no harm in a menstruating woman or a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) washing a deceased person, because both are ritually pure. However, the Malikis recommended that a menstruating woman and a person in a state of major ritual impurity avoid a dying person.
