Is it permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity (junub) to wash a deceased person, or for a menstruating woman to wash a deceased person?
It is not a condition for the validity of washing the deceased that the washer be in a state of ritual purity. Therefore, it is permissible for a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) or a menstruating woman (ha'idh) to wash the deceased without any dislike (karahah), because they are ritually pure just like others.
