Would the questioner be considered disobedient to her father if she sometimes feels aversion towards him and supplicates against him, despite her attempts to reconcile him with her mother and offer him advice? You do not have the right to interfere in your father's treatment of your mother, nor is it permissible for you to request that she be divorced, for fear that you may fall under the prophetic warning: "He is not one of us who incites a woman against her husband."

As for your father's treatment of you, you must honor him and treat him kindly, even if he mistreats you. You should pray for him, not against him, as praying against him is an act of disobedience to parents. Your dislike for your father must be struggled against, and you should not let it affect your dutifulness towards him. It is better to repel his bad deeds with good ones, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Repel [evil] with that which is better."
