Is it permissible to keep a commercial shop open during Friday prayer time, run by non-Muslim workers, to avoid losing non-Muslim customers?

Buying and selling are forbidden after the second call to Friday prayer for whoever is obligated to attend it. This includes disbelievers, because they are addressed by the branches of Islamic law. If a person obligated to attend interacts with someone not obligated (such as a disbeliever or a woman), the transaction is forbidden for the obligated person and disliked for the one not obligated. It may also become forbidden for the one not obligated due to its being an assistance to sin.
