Would the parents incur sin or would expiation be incumbent upon either of them for their young daughter's drowning?

This incident is a great calamity, but there is nothing upon the parents of the child. These are ordinary matters, and blessings in homes and farms, and children's play are things that cannot be avoided. Neither blood money nor expiation is incumbent upon them, and we hope for their recompense from Allah.
