If a deceased woman leaves behind a husband, five daughters, four full brothers, one full sister, four paternal half-brothers, and one paternal half-sister, then:
The husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The five daughters receive two-thirds, to be divided equally among them. The remainder goes to the full brothers and the full sister, with the male receiving the share of two females. The paternal half-brothers and paternal half-sister receive nothing, as they are excluded by the full brothers.
The estate should be divided into 540 shares: 360 shares for the daughters (72 shares for each daughter). 135 shares for the husband. 10 shares for each full brother. 5 shares for the full sister.
It is advisable to consult courts regarding inheritance matters due to their complexity.
