It is permissible to slaughter a large animal (like a camel or cow) with the intention that part of it is for the 'Aqeeqah and the other part for the 'Udhiyah. There is no harm in distributing the 'Aqeeqah meat raw. Swallowing phlegm does not invalidate the fast, though it is more cautious to avoid it.
