What is the ruling on the fatwa issued by the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta under number 4312, dated 15/4/2018, regarding the permissibility of celebrating Sham el-Nessim, and should the justifications or reasons for permissibility mentioned therein be taken into consideration?

The intent of the fatwa is that celebrating what is called "Sham Ennessim" is inaccurate and not supported by any শরعي (religious legal) evidence.
