What is the ruling on Umrah offered to a bank employee by a client in exchange for facilitating financial and credit transactions, and is it Islamically acceptable for both the client and the employee?

The 'Umrah (definition) of one who paid a bribe is valid, but its reward may be nullified if the bribe constituted the expenses of the 'Umrah. This is because a righteous Hajj and 'Umrah require good and lawful expenses. If a person has accepted a bribe, they must return it to its owner.
