Is it permissible to perform Umrah and offer the Udhiyah sacrifice with money taken from a bank loan that is deducted from the salary?

Borrowing with usury (riba) is one of the gravest major sins. Allah has cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it to others, its two witnesses, and its scribe. One must repent to Allah with sincere repentance and regret this sin. The usurious interest paid to the bank must be reduced as much as possible; this is more important than performing 'Umrah or sacrificing wealth.
