Is it permissible to give money derived from bank interest to someone so that they may go on 'Umrah?

Usurious gains must be disposed of by spending them on general Muslim welfare, such as building mosques, sponsoring orphans, and paving roads, or by giving them to the poor if it is not possible to spend them on public welfare. It is not permissible to deposit money in usurious banks except under specific conditions. Unlawful money, once it reaches a poor person, becomes lawful and pure for them.
