Does a vow made out of fear of disbelief and the torment of Hell, along with the belief that it is the only way to solidify faith, fall under the ruling of a vow made under duress?

A vow made under duress is not binding, due to the hadith: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for their mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do." However, if the vow was made willingly and intentionally, it is a vow of devotion (nadhr tabarrur) that must be fulfilled if its condition is met, based on the Almighty's saying: "And let them fulfill their vows," and the hadith: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him." If the one who made the vow is completely unable to fulfill it, then its expiation is the expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin).
