The answer

The Sunnah in prayer is to make the first rak'ah longer than the second. It is not appropriate to make the second longer than the first, especially an excessive lengthening. Whoever does so, their prayer is valid, but they have gone against the Sunnah. It is disliked to recite anything other than Al-Fatiha in the two rak'ahs of prayer without following the order of the Mushaf. It is better to recite according to the order of the Mushaf, whether one is reciting in prayer or outside of it. And whoever recites in reverse order, their prayer is valid without dispute.
