What is the correct Islamic stance regarding accountants in the public sector who are asked to clarify the basic salary of employees wishing to purchase by installments from usurious banks, and do they fall under the hadith "Allah has cursed the scribe of usury"?

If you fill out the papers for them, then you are assisting in the unlawful, and Allah Almighty has said: {And do not cooperate in sin and aggression}.

And if they are threatened with dismissal from their work, we tell them to refrain, and {whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out}.
